Hello again! I’m Bianca, a NYC-based presentation designer with a background in hospitality and customer service. That experience naturally shaped my user and client-centered approach to design, where empathy, clarity, and collaboration are always at the core. I love turning complex ideas into thoughtful, memorable, and meaningful designs that make a lasting impact in people’s lives.

My design experience has been primarily rooted in the advertising industry, with additional work across government, healthcare, and entertainment. I’m currently a Digital Design student with a strong growth mindset, continuously learning and evolving my skills in UI design, illustration, and web design—always with the goal of creating clear, usable, and engaging solutions.

Outside of work, I’m usually learning or being a mom to a beautiful little girl who already shares my love for creativity. In my spare time (whenever that happens), I enjoy digital painting in Procreate, singing and songwriting, illustrating children’s books, and sketching with good old pencil and paper (and an apple pencil 😉).
